TrueFeel™ Sidewall for better feel + bigger sweet spot

Raw Toray T1100 Carbon Fiber

Fast Hands. Fierce Spin. Locked-In Control.

The Model 515 Uni is built for players who thrive on quick reactions, explosive drives, and relentless pressure. With a raw T1100 carbon fiber face and unidirectional fiber orientation, it delivers elite-level spin and a firmer, more connected feel—giving you instant feedback and the ability to shape every shot with precision.

Compared to the Twill, the Uni is slightly faster in the hand and offers more pop off the face, making it ideal for aggressive counterattacks, quick flicks, and heavy spin serves. The feel is crisp and direct, designed for players who want to take time away from their opponents and control the tempo of every point.

Backed by our patent-pending TrueFeel™ Sidewall Technology, the Uni maintains an edgeless, vibration-dampened feel across a massive sweet spot—so you can swing with confidence even under pressure.

Who it’s for:

  • Players with fast hands and an aggressive playstyle
  • 3.5–5.0+ players who want top-tier spin with explosive responsiveness
  • Athletes coming from tennis or racquetball
  • Anyone looking for their “weapon of choice” in hands battles and drive exchanges

The Bottom Line:
If you want a paddle that plays fast, hits hard, and spins like crazy, the 515 Uni is it.
It’s our most responsive paddle, and it’s built to keep up with you.

FAQ

Can I modify the grip easily?

Yes, the stock grip is the perfect base for adding an overgrip.

Want to add a Hesacore grip? No problem, it will easily go over the stock grip - you may however want to take off the original grip to keep the final circumfernce from getting too big.

To remove the stock grip, simply snip the end with scissors and then peel it like a banana.

Which paddle should I get?

Choose the 515 Uni if you want more power with a quicker feel off the face. It’s also a bit lighter (8.1 oz) and faster at the net.

Choose the 515 Twill if you prefer slightly more control and stability, especially if you already generate plenty of power yourself. At 8.4 oz with a slightly higher twist weight, it offers a bit more forgiveness on off-center hits.

Bottom line: If you want the most power and speed, choose the Uni. If you’re a powerful player looking for more control and precision, choose the Twill. Both deliver elite-level spin and performance.

Big upgrade in spin!

Now my main paddle! I've played tennis for most of my life and this paddle gives me a ton of topspin on my shots. Compared to some other paddles I've used, I've noticed my balls have way more topspin and give my opponents a lot more trouble. Be warned, however, that the paddle is very powerful! For the first few days, I was hitting a ton of shots long, and many of my serves were sailing long. However, now that I'm used to the increased spin/power, I really feel like my shots have been elevated to another level.

I love this paddle!

I was in the Boyne area a few weeks back and everyone was talking about this paddle. I tried it and came right to the store to buy one. I've used it exclusively and just love the pop on the paddle as well as the control. I am, however, surprised how dirty the face gets after just one game. I was told I don't need to use an eraser, but I do just so it looks clean. Maybe I'm a clean freak! Anyways, I've been promoting your paddle downstate. I have used a ProKennex paddle for several years because of its technology (lightweight and doesn't hurt my injured right shoulder, elbow or wrist). The Uni doesn't either! I'm so glad I found this. Thanks again!!

Game Changing Paddle

I've tried a lot different high end paddles, they play good but all seem to be similar in feel. The Thompson paddle I purchased was different. For myself, the paddle feels like it's a more balance paddle than any other I've used. Ever aspect of the Thompson paddle from the design to the build and the way the paddle performs during play fells like quality in your hand. I'm extremely with my paddle purchase from Thompson. I will be purchasing another paddle from Thompson for a backup soon...
